H1N1 VIRUS (Swine Flu) INFORMATION

Welcome to the Ellicott School District 22 website! As a school district we cover over 229 square miles of central to eastern El Paso County. Our location affords us the best of two worlds. We sit on the high plains with an awesome view of Pikes Peak one of the most well known peaks within the Rocky Mountains. As a rural district this affords our students opportunities of an outdoors lifestyle. However, our schools lay within twenty miles of Colorado Springs, the second largest city in Colorado

We are excited about the learning opportunities which we have planned for the students of Ellicott School District 22. We care about our students and we want them to be successful. It is important to note that success does not come easy and without effort. We will expect our staff and students to put forth their very best for the true measure of success that comes with hard work. Our District received notification in August of 2008 we made AYP in all three buildings as determined by our CSAP scores!  Congratulations to our staff on this incredible achievement.  What this means for our district, is that students showed adequate growth toward proficiency. The district’s mission emphasizes our commitment to student achievement. Our mantra is: Everyday. Everyone. Excellence. . . Ellicott  (E4)

During the 2007-2008 school year the District constructed an 11,000 square foot addition to our elementary school. This addition is in response to the housing project planned for Schriever Air Force Base.

If you are interested in finding out more about our district, feel free to browse around our website. Better yet stop by and see us and we will give you a tour of the district. Once again welcome and thanks for stopping by!
